The NYC Leonard Peltier Support Group and International Action Center in solidarity with the Leonard Peltier Defense Committee call on all supporters, friends and allies to come out and support Leonard Peltier and his legal team.

After the unjust FBI Frame-up of Native American Leonard Peltier and the suppression of crucial evidence 30 years ago, his lawyers will challenge the FBI in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit for the full release of all documents maintained by the Buffalo Field Office of the FBI relating to Leonard Peltier and RESMURS.

Leonard Peltier remains the longest unjustly held political prisoner in the U.S.

Under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the LPDC has learned that the FBI actually possesses 142,579 pages of material pertaining to Leonard Peltier and RESMURS. Although these documents are over 30 years old, the Government continues to block release of this information.

Support Leonard Peltier's long struggle for freedom and justice.

Release the Files, End The Frame-up, FREE Leonard Peltier!
