As the death toll of U.S. troops passes 3,000 and the number of Iraqi casualties exceeds 600,000, and more than $300 billion have been spent on the war, Bush and Congress want to send 20,000 more troops and spend another $100 billion. This money was stolen from the people who need housing, healthcare, jobs at a living wage, and education.
It is clear that the President and Congress have no intention of ending the war --the people must take action to bring the troops home now.
